Secretary for CEO

• Proactively manage and optimize the CEO's demanding schedule, anticipating conflicts and ensuring seamless transitions between meetings and tasks. • Serve as the primary gatekeeper, expertly screening calls, emails, and visitors to protect the CEO's time and focus on critical matters. • Coordinate and prepare for high-level meetings, including board sessions and executive retreats, ensuring all materials are organized and distributed. • Draft, proofread, and finalize executive correspondence, reports, and presentations with impeccable accuracy and a professional tone. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation. • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment. • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or project management software. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
