Core Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Market Expansion
• Identify and qualify new client opportunities and projects in the scaffolding, formwork, and shoring sectors.
• Conduct market research and gather intelligence to identify target industries and key decision-makers.
• Maintain and grow a positive sales pipeline focusing on new contracts and repeat business.
2. Pre-Sales Technical Support & Presentations
• Analyze construction drawings, architectural plans, and engineering specs to propose tailored scaffolding/formwork solutions.
• Deliver customer presentations—both technical and commercial—to demonstrate product capabilities.
3. Quotation & Proposal Preparation
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations including technical specifications and pricing for prospective clients.
• Clarify contractual terms and conditions to ensure shared understanding & alignment.
4. Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure
• Negotiate sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Secure contracts, close deals, and follow up to ensure smooth execution.
5. Account Management & After-Sales Support
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary sales contact.
• Offer timely after-sales support, troubleshoot client issues, and coordinate resolutions.
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
• Work closely with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor projects from order to completion to ensure technical accuracy and on-time execution.
7. Reporting & Administrative Duties
• Maintain client contact data, sales activities, and CRM records.
• Provide regular and periodic sales reports, forecasts, KPIs, and market feedback to senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools; extra tools like SAP2000 may be a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and client-centric problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
• Construction or structural industry experience, especially in scaffolding/formwork, preferred.
