Sales Representative

SALES REPRESENTATIVE We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Representative to expand our client base. You will identify new business opportunities, pitch our suite of environmental services (such as wastewater treatment, soil remediation and hazardous waste management etc.), and build long-term commercial relationships. Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation: Identify and target new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, industry events, and site visits. • Client Consultations: Meet with prospective clients to assess their environmental service needs and present tailored proposals or quotations. • Tenders & RFPs: Coordinate with technical and operations teams to prepare and submit competitive tender documents and service contracts. • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and drive contract renewals or upsells. • Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate sales records, forecast revenue, and update activity pipelines in the company CRM system. Skills: • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. • Familiarity with local environmental regulations and standards is an advantage. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. • Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and possessing a valid driver s license for field visits. Requirements • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience (background in environmental services, waste management, industrial supply, or technical consulting is a strong plus). • Education: Diploma or a related field.
