Sales Representative

Role Overview We are looking for a driven and technically-savvy HVAC Sales Executive to grow our client base and drive revenue across HVAC contracting, AMC, and retrofit projects. The ideal candidate combines strong sales instincts with a working knowledge of HVAC systems, and is comfortable meeting clients, consultants, and contractors across the UAE. Key Responsibilities • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in HVAC contracting, AMC, and MEP-related services • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility managers • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and RFQ responses in coordination with the technical/engineering team • Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and scope potential projects • Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline, and sales forecasts • Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth handover after sale closure • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing in the UAE HVAC sector Requirements • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC, MEP, or related technical/contracting industries • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Basic technical understanding of HVAC systems (ducting, chilled water, FCUs, AMC) preferred • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus Added Advantage • Existing network of contacts among consultants, contractors, or facility management companies in the UAE • Experience with AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sales What We Offer • Competitive base salary • Attractive incentive/commission structure on sales achieved • Career growth opportunities within a growing HVAC/MEP contracting company • Exposure to premium projects and clients across Dubai
