We are seeking an Automotive Sales Executive with 3 5 years of experience to develop B2B client relationships, promote aftermarket and OES products, and drive sales in the passenger car market. Strong technical knowledge, market awareness, and customer service skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients, including garages, workshops, and fleet operators.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the aftermarket and OES products and explain product features, benefits, and advantages to clients.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and ensure excellent after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Must possess strong MS Office experience and advanced Excel.
Bachelor s degree in marketing, business or similar.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
Strong networking abilities.
Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.
Ability to remain professional.
Willingness to work overtime when required
Self-starter that works independently, takes responsibility, owns the job .

Proven ability to react to unusual competitive requests in a professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction.

Previous relevant experience required including experience with large retailers.
Minimum of 2 -3 years of experience with retailer systems.
knowledge of supply chain processes would be an asset.
Proven understanding of forecasting systems and processes.
Arabic is must
