Sales Executive - Spare Parts

Job Responsibilities: Achieve parts sales target according to plan. Prioritizes sales activities towards achieving set targets. Demonstrate the products to customers at the counter, review catalogues and determine customer s needs. Demonstrate good salesmanship skills by taking all measures to close a sale and ensure customers are satisfied. Explain to customers the functioning of the equipment. Negotiate selling price with customers offering discounts as per company s policy and guidelines. Record and authenticate lost sales, mentioning the reasons and presenting to the Supervisor for review. Inform the Sales Supervisor of any deviations discovered in the stock, for making parts claim with supplier. Maintain documentation on special orders from customers and spare parts cannibalized from stock vehicles. Ensure that the stock in the branch is maintained in the proper place and replenished from time to time. Assist in inventory control in identifying the slow and dead stocks. Ensure items as per customers request are supplied. Education Experience: Knowledge & Skills: Sales and Marketing skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Convincing skills. Customer focus. Mathematic Knowledge. Communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Bachelors Degree or College Diploma in Mechanical / Technical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience within spare parts operations.
