Sales Manager Warehouse

• Drive warehouse sales revenue by developing and executing strategic sales plans targeting key accounts and new business opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery. • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and fostering a culture of accountability and success. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth areas and adapt sales strategies accordingly. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a management or leadership capacity within the warehousing or logistics industry. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market. • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain management, and logistics processes.
