Sales Manager

Role Purpose Drives new client acquisition and partnership development for Rasēd in the KSA market. Manages the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature for bank, insurers and fintech clients. Key Responsibilities Prospect, qualify and close enterprise deals with KSA banks, insurers and fintechs Manage full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close Coordinate Presales Engineer for technical demonstrations and RFP responses Build and maintain relationships with key account and decision-makers Develop and manage partnership pipeline with SIs and core banking providers Maintain CRM pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and stage accuracy Represent Rasēd at industry events, SAMA forums, and banking conferences Feed market intelligence back to product and leadership 5 years of sales experience, with 3 years in cybersecurity and the banking and fintech sectors. Strong network in KSA banking and financial services Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Arabic and English fluency required
