Account Manager Cybersecurity Solutions

Role Overview The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, developing strong client relationships, and driving new business opportunities across existing and new customers. This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on sales experience who is eager to grow professionally in a fast-paced consulting and technology environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of accounts and expand company footprint at existing and new clients • Develop positive relationship with clients and act as trusted advisor to clients • Develop account plans, generate pipeline, and achieve growth/renewal targets. • Lead consultative selling for cybersecurity services such as GRC, SOC/MDR, IR, assessments, and solutions such as EDR, DLP, Threat Intl., ..etc. • Coordinate solutioning with pre-sales; craft proposals/RFPs and SOWs. • Maintain accurate CRM, forecast reliably, and manage commercials/margins. Qualifications • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience • Experience selling consulting services, technology, or cybersecurity solutions is a strong plus • Understanding of sales performance metrics and pipeline management • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
