Sales Manager – Pest Control Services

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for pest control services across the UAE. • Develop relationships with developers, property management companies, government entities, and commercial clients. • Identify and participate in tenders, RFQs, and contract opportunities. • Coordinate with operations and estimation teams to prepare competitive proposals. • Negotiate contracts and achieve sales and profitability targets. • Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. • 8–10 years of UAE experience in sales and business development, preferably in pest control or facility management. • Proven track record of securing new service contracts. • Strong knowledge of the UAE market and established client relationships. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Valid UAE driving licence.
