Sales Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO • Develop and achieve sales and margin targets. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences. Use these insights to improve market share and profitability. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and partners. • Ensure product availability in line with sales trends and business plans. • Guide, motivate, and support sales teams to achieve individual and team targets. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE • 4-5 years of experience in Sales (Appliances or Consumer Electronics). • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams. • Experience in handling major appliance brands, suppliers, and commercial negotiations. • Knowledge of the Kuwait market and consumer buying behavior is preferred.
