Sales Manager EPCM & Design Partners

Develop and execute a strategic sales approach focused on early engagement during the FEED phase of major projects • Build and maintain strong relationships with leading engineering-led design and project delivery partners (EPCM, PMC, and engineering consultancies) • Influence specifications and position the company s solutions early in the project lifecycle • Identify upcoming projects and engage key stakeholders at the concept and design stages • Collaborate closely with internal technical and commercial teams to align on project requirements and solutions • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities driven through consultant and design networks • Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and technical discussions Qualifications and Experience • Minimum 10 years of experience in a commercial or business development role within Saudi Arabia • Strong network and established relationships with key EPCM, PMC, and engineering consultancy players in the region • Solid understanding of the FEED phase and project lifecycle within industrial, energy, or infrastructure sectors • Ability to influence technical specifications and drive early-stage project engagement • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen Headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, LHH is a global Executive Search, and talent solutions partner with more than 25 years of experience, operating across 60 countries with over 12,000 professionals.
