Sales Manager

We are looking for an ambitious leader to join the team of one of our clients in Saudi Arabia; a leading company with diverse activities including a specialized car workshop and several brands (perfumes and hotel supplies ). We are looking for a leader capable of efficiently managing and developing these multiple activities. Main tasks Sales development: Building a professional sales system, acquiring new clients, and achieving growth targets. Marketing Management: Implementing marketing plans that enhance brand identity and develop sales channels. Operations Management: Overseeing the quality of sales and after-sales services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Workshop Management: Full oversight of workshop sales and operations, and cost control. Team leadership: Building and training a motivated team and enhancing their operational efficiency. Planning and Analysis: Preparing periodic reports (sales, profits, and losses) and conducting market analysis to provide ongoing development recommendations.
