Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead and develop sales operations, achieve sales targets, expand the customer base, and build strategic business relationships that contribute to revenue growth and strengthen the company s market position. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives. Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to ensure sales targets are met. Drive vehicle sales across both individual and corporate segments (B2C & B2B). Acquire new customers and establish strong business relationships with major companies and corporate clients. Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and identify new sales opportunities. Oversee sales operations and ensure an excellent customer experience. Prepare periodic sales reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
