Job Title: Sales Lady – Jewelry Retail Location: Doha, Qatar Industry: Jewelry / Retail Employment Type: Full\-time Job Description We are looking for a motivated and customer\-focused Sales Lady to join our jewelry retail team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have a passion for jewelry and luxury retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a professional and personalized shopping experience to customers. Key Responsibilities: * Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. * Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry products. * Present and explain product features, designs, materials, and pricing. * Achieve individual and store sales targets. * Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business. * Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after\-sales service. * Maintain proper product presentation and ensure the showroom is clean and organized. * Assist with stock handling, inventory checks, and product displays. * Follow company policies and procedures, including KYC and sales documentation requirements. * Support daily store operations as required. Requirements: * Female candidate with a pleasant and professional personality. * Previous experience in jewelry, luxury retail, fashion, cosmetics, or premium retail sales is preferred. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Sales\-oriented and target\-driven. * Well\-presented and confident when dealing with customers. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Good English communication skills; other languages are an advantage. * Willingness to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays when scheduled. * Candidates with experience in the Qatar jewelry retail market are preferred.
