Sales Executive – Wholesale Department

Key Responsibilities * Handle wholesale sales inquiries from clients through email, phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. * Prepare and submit **quotations, tenders, BOQs, and commercial offers** based on client requirements. * Review tender documents, specifications, quantities, and pricing requirements. * Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to obtain product information, specifications, availability, lead times, and pricing. * Follow up on quotations, tenders, and ongoing projects with clients. * Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with corporate, government, schools, clubs, gyms, contractors, and other organizations. * Prepare product proposals and recommend suitable products based on client requirements and budget. * Maintain proper records of quotations, inquiries, orders, and project follow\-ups. * Negotiate with clients where required and work toward achieving sales targets. * Monitor ongoing projects and ensure timely follow\-up from inquiry through order confirmation. * Support the sales team in developing new accounts and maintaining existing client relationships. Requirements * Minimum **2–3 years of experience in wholesale, B2B, project sales, or a similar sales role**. * Experience in **preparing quotations, tenders, BOQs, and commercial offers** is highly preferred. * Good understanding of sales processes and client follow\-up. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Good knowledge of **Microsoft Excel and Word**. * Ability to understand product specifications and prepare accurate quotations. * Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and projects simultaneously. * **Valid Qatar driving license** is preferred. * Arabic language is an advantage. * Experience in **sports equipment, fitness equipment, sports flooring, playgrounds, or related products** will be an added advantage.
