Sales Executive - PoS Acquisition

• Identify, approach and acquire new merchants for PoS and merchant acquiring solutions. • Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals and cold outreach. • Present payment solutions clearly, addressing merchant needs and objections. • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. • Manage the merchant onboarding process, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely activation. • Maintain strong relationships with merchants to support retention and repeat business. • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline and sales activity. • Report regularly on performance, market feedback and competitor activity. • Proven sales experience in PoS, B2B banking, merchant acquiring or FinTech (essential). • Demonstrated record of achieving sales targets. • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. • Fluency in English; Hindi and/or Arabic preferred. • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively across the UAE. • Good knowledge of the UAE market and merchant landscape (advantageous). • Valid UAE driving licence (advantageous).
