Field Service Executive - Fintech Background

• Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM • Working Days: 6 days a week • Identify and visit prospective merchants, including shops, restaurants, cafés, and service businesses. • Introduce the digital payment platform and explain its features, benefits, and onboarding process. • Understand each merchant’s business needs and recommend suitable payment solutions. • Acquire new merchants and support them through the registration and activation process. • Collect and check basic merchant documents and application details for completeness. • Follow up with merchants to resolve onboarding queries and help complete pending registrations. • Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, applications, and sales activity in the company’s CRM or reporting tools. • Achieve agreed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and acquisition targets. • Build positive relationships with merchants and provide a professional customer experience. • Share market feedback, competitor activity, and common merchant concerns with the sales team. • Follow company procedures and applicable requirements when handling merchant information and documents. Requirements • Previous experience in field sales, direct sales, business development, or customer acquisition is preferred. • Experience in payments, fintech, banking, telecom, or merchant services is an advantage, but not required. • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Presentable, confident, and comfortable approaching and engaging business owners. • Self-motivated, persistent, and target-oriented. • Able to plan daily field visits and work independently. • Basic computer and smartphone skills, including using apps to record sales activity. • Good command of English; Arabic or other relevant languages are an advantage. • Willingness to travel locally as required for merchant visits. • Experience onboarding or acquiring SME merchants. • Familiarity with POS terminals, QR payments, payment gateways, or digital wallets. • A valid UAE driving licence and access to reliable transport. Language: English and Arabic preferred; Hindi/Urdu an advantage for the areas listed
