Sales Executive

Identify and develop new customers, including HVAC contractors, MEP contractors, dealers, and industrial clients. Promote and sell the company's adhesives, sealants, coatings, and related products. Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and follow-ups to generate new business. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new business opportunities. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on sales orders and payments. Coordinate with the internal sales, production, stores, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Provide technical product information and coordinate with the relevant team to address customer queries. Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in HVAC, construction chemicals, adhesives, sealants, coatings, or related manufacturing industries. Good knowledge of the UAE market and customer network in the HVAC, MEP, construction, or industrial sectors. A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel across the UAE for customer visits.
