Sales Executive

Leading newspaper organization in Bahrain is hiring a Sales Executive to identify and qualify new business leads, manage client relationships, and present advertising solutions that meet client objectives. You'll be expected to own your pipeline, close deals consistently, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery. Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage. This is a role for a self\-driven, target\-oriented professional who thrives in a remote environment and is motivated by results — not just activity. What You'll Be Doing * Identifying and qualifying new business leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings * Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients * Presenting advertising and publicity solutions tailored to client goals * Preparing proposals and presentations and negotiating terms through to close * Managing a sales pipeline and meeting targets in line with company objectives * Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery * Maintaining accurate sales records and providing regular reports and forecasts * Actively seeking opportunities to expand market presence and grow accounts Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to BD400\.000 per month Work Location: In person
