New Client Development Develop new active clients and business opportunities RFQ Generation Generate qualified enquiries for TAB and commissioning services Quotation Conversion Improve conversion of submitted quotations into confirmed orders Client Meetings Conduct regular client visits and technical meetings Sales Pipeline Maintain accurate and updated opportunity records Proposal Turnaround Ensure timely submission of technically compliant quotations Client Retention Maintain relationships and secure repeat business Sales & Business Development • Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC TAB, mechanical testing and commissioning, commissioning management and related services. • Establish and maintain professional relationships with MEP contractors, main contractors, consultants, developers, facility management companies and project owners. • Generate enquiries and RFQs through regular client visits, networking and market intelligence. • Promote Reeftech's technical capabilities and service portfolio to existing and prospective clients. • Conduct client meetings, technical presentations and follow-ups to convert enquiries into confirmed orders. • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. • Identify upcoming construction projects, data centres, commercial buildings, hospitals, airports and industrial developments requiring TAB and commissioning services.
