If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc. **Key Responsibilities:*** Assist the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities. * Coordinate and support sales activities, including client communication, site visits, and proposal preparation. * Maintain and update client databases and sales management systems accurately. * Prepare sales reports, contracts, and correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail. * Support the planning and execution of sales events and promotions. * Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, front office, and events to ensure client needs are met. * Provide excellent service to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring Marriott’s standards of hospitality are upheld. * Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities. * Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with Marriott brand standards. **Qualifications:*** Previous experience in sales and hospitality at Marriott * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent organizational and administrative skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * A guest\-oriented attitude with a focus on service excellence.
