Mechanical Engineer Sales & Purchase Coordinator

We are seeking dynamic, entry\-level **Mechanical Engineers** to join our team in a dual **Sales \& Purchase Coordinator** role. Candidates will bridge technical product knowledge with commercial execution—managing end\-to\-end purchasing, vendor sourcing, client inquiry processing, and supply chain operations. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Purchasing \& Sourcing:** * Source mechanical equipment, industrial components, and materials from global and local suppliers. * Issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), evaluate supplier quotes, negotiate commercial terms, and issue Purchase Orders (POs). * Track production schedules, dispatches, and delivery timelines for smooth warehouse and client fulfillment. **2\. Sales \& Commercial Coordination:** * Review client technical inquiries, RFQs, and material spec sheets to prepare competitive commercial quotes. * Liaise with client procurement teams to resolve technical queries, provide quotes, and follow up on pending orders. * Maintain pricing databases, supplier catalogs, and transaction records in the system. **3\. Supply Chain \& Quality Control:** * Verify incoming/outgoing product documentation, mill test certificates (MTCs), and compliance documents. * Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for correct packing, inventory staging, and dispatch. **Candidate Profile \& Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech). * **Experience:** Fresh graduates (0 to 2 years) with strong commercial acumen or an interest in supply chain/technical procurement. * **Core Skills:** Clear commercial communication, negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Excel/ERP systems, high attention to detail, and knowledge of mechanical product specs. * **Languages:** Professional working proficiency in English (Hindi/Urdu fluency is a plus). **Compensation \& Terms** * **Starting Salary:** **AED 2,500 per month \- 4000** (Basic \+ Allowances).
