Sales Administrator

JOB PURPOSE To manage administrative activities and support the sales team. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Preparing sales contracts, reservation forms, and related documents using approved templates. Coordinating the dispatch, signing, collection, and filing of contracts. Maintaining accurate and organized client files, unit records, and sales documentation. Updating the CRM and tracking outstanding documents and approvals. Coordinating with Finance and Legal on payment confirmations, receipts, and contractual requirements. Preparing sales reports and providing daily administrative support. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Diploma in Business or any relevant field. Relevant experience in a sales team from 1 3 year Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with commonly used business software applications and systems Ability to think and act independently, anticipate needs, and move work forward with minimal supervision. Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
