Sales Administrator

• Manage and streamline the sales order process, ensuring accurate entry and timely processing of customer orders. • Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring all information is current and accessible to the sales team. • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate communication and resolve issues quickly. • Assist in the development and implementation of sales policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations. • Monitor inventory levels and assist with reorder processes to ensure the sales team has the necessary products on hand. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service to enhance client satisfaction. • Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered an asset, enhancing communication with international clients. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in order processing and documentation. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing quality. • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
