Safety Officer (Marine & Shipyard Exp.)

Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across marine and shipyard operations. Ensure safe working practices during dry-docking, vessel maintenance, and shipyard activities. Conduct risk assessments, job safety analyses (JSA), and Permit to Work (PTW) audits. Monitor hot work, confined-space entry, lifting operations, and other high-risk activities. Conduct site safety inspections, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness sessions. Investigate incidents and near misses and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and project HSE requirements.
