• Help customers throughout the full car-buying process. • Log every sales inquiry into the system and follow up regularly. • Make sure customers have a smooth and satisfying buying experience. • Work closely with your manager to achieve sales and profit targets. • Guide customers through finance, insurance, and registration processes. • Make sure full payment is received before releasing the car. • Keep the showroom and displays neat and organized. • Follow health, safety, and legal standards at all times. • Use the dealer management system to track leads and activities. • Support colleagues and collaborate to meet team goals. • Education : Diploma in any field. • Experience : 1–3 years of experience in sales . Strong experience in dealing with customers and closing sales. Good at negotiating, especially with trade-ins and finance options. • Skills : Excellent communication and customer service. Able to handle tough situations and solve problems. Knows how to use sales systems and track leads. Team player with a positive, hardworking attitude. Culturally aware and professional in all interactions.
