Regional sales Manager

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business development across Europe & Western Markets, CIS Countries, India, Southeast Asia, Africa and Western Saudi Arabia. The role focuses primarily on generating new business, developing strategic customer relationships and increasing sales of industrial piping products and procurement solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities across assigned regions. Identify and secure EPC contractors, end users, OEMs and industrial clients. Promote pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, structural steel, mechanical equipment and engineered packages. Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms. Manage sales pipeline and CRM. Work closely with Procurement, Engineering, Logistics and Finance. Conduct regular customer visits and international travel. Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence and business development plans. Markets Covered- Europe & Western Markets CIS Countries India Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Philippines) Africa Western Saudi Arabia Preferred Industry Experience - Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, EPC, Energy, Power, Marine and Industrial Supply. Required Experience 10 15 years of industrial B2B sales experience. Minimum 7 years in Oil & Gas / EPC supply industry. Proven international business development experience. • Existing network with EPC contractors and industrial clients. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
