Country Sales Manager

Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing and sales management activities across the organization Drive sales activities and achieve defined sales targets Develop and implement initiatives required to achieve sales goals in coordination with technical and engineering departments Provide professional advice and support to existing and new customers across the MENA region Collect product feedback, recommend improvements, and advise clients on innovative, high-quality solutions to support project execution Work closely with the technical department to align solutions with customer needs Increase market share and strengthen the company s position Support brand awareness and ensure a consistent company image in coordination with relevant departments Maintain and expand the network of contracts and customer relationships Travel as required for industry activities Build and manage strong customer relationships Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions Lead negotiations with customers and close opportunities Plan and manage sales activities and pipelines Align sales processes internally and ensure effective coordination across departments Manage relationships with selected key customers Maintain a structured and systematic approach to the sales process Degree in chemistry, process technology, process engineering, or a related field, with practical experience in selling machinery or process solutions Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial refrigeration Proactive with strong commercial and technical skills and a results-driven, customer- and market-oriented mindset Strong networking and relationship-building capability Excellent verbal and written communication skills
