Sales Manager – Electronics

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Electronics to lead and grow our sales operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer/commercial electronics distribution or retail, with proven ability to manage teams, build channel relationships, and deliver revenue growth in the KSA market. • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for electronics products (e.g., consumer electronics, home appliances) • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned territories • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives/account managers • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and B2B clients across KSA • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to inform strategy • Negotiate trade terms, contracts, and promotional plans with partners • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management • Ensure proper merchandising, stock availability, and after-sales support in coordination with relevant teams • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events • 5+ years of sales experience in the electronics industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role • Strong network within the KSA electronics retail/distribution market preferred • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) • Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the Kingdom
