Recruitment Assistant Coordinator (Fully Remote - Students/Graduate/Internship Entry Role)

**Pay:** £200/biweekly during 2\-3 week trial period, rising to £500–£1,600/month on permanent placement (based on part\-time/full\-time choice and performance) **About the Role** WrapiD Solutions is a London based remote\-first team supporting AI training and content workflows. We're looking for Onboarding Coordinators to manage candidate onboarding calls, verification, and early\-stage support as we scale our contractor pipeline. This role starts with a paid trial period and leads to a permanent position for the right candidates. **What You'll Do** * Run structured onboarding calls with newly accepted candidates * Walk candidates through platform setup, task guides, and payment verification * Track onboarding progress and flag issues to the core team * Maintain warm, professional communication with candidates throughout onboarding * Meet weekly onboarding targets (10 applicants during trial) **What We're Looking For** * Reliable, organised, and confident managing your own schedule to interview and onboard pre\-qualified applicants provided by us. * Strong communication skills\- comfortable speaking with candidates one\-on\-one * Confident using video calls, messaging apps, and everyday online tools * Prior experience in recruitment, HR, onboarding, or customer\-facing roles preferred * Able to commit to full trial period hours before transitioning to part\-time/full\-time **Pay \& Structure** * Trial period (3 weeks): £200/biweekly minimum * Permanent role: £500–£1,600/month, paid biweekly, part\-time or full\-time (your choice) **How the Role Progresses** * **Interview** — initial screening call * **1\-week induction** — training on onboarding process, scripts, and internal systems * **3\-week paid trial** — onboard 10 applicants, paid at a £200/biweekly minimum * **Permanent placement** — after successful trial completion, transition to permanent staff with your choice of part\-time or full\-time hours, paid biweekly at £500–£1,600/month depending on hours and performance **How to Apply** Apply directly through this posting, or contact with any questions.
