Recruiter (White Collar Hiring)

We are a leading placement agency for blue collar skilled talent, placing workers with employers in Germany, Lithuania, Latvia and across Europe. Through our own training institution, AnywhereJobs Global Driver Academy, we train heavy trailer drivers across India, with a mission to skill 100,000 Indian youth every year to international standards. We are now expanding into the UAE and adding white collar hiring for our clients. We are looking for a Recruiter who can hire across all levels, from mid-level professionals to senior leaders and C-suite executives, while managing a large portfolio of client accounts across the sectors below: Sectors We Hire For • Real estate brokerages • Interior design and fit-out • Facilities and property management • Hospitality and F&B • Healthcare support roles • Logistics and warehousing • Construction and contracting • Tech startups Key Responsibilities • Lead hiring for senior and C-suite roles, engaging these leaders directly through networking and headhunting. • Manage a large number of client accounts at the same time, keeping every account active and every open role moving. • Build strong relationships with founders, CXOs and HR heads at client companies to win repeat mandates. • Run end-to-end recruitment for white collar roles, from intake to offer and joining. • Meet hiring managers to understand each role, the team and the ideal candidate profile. • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and direct headhunting. • Screen candidates through structured interviews and assessments on skills, experience and culture fit before sharing a shortlist. • Coordinate client interviews and share quick, clear feedback with candidates. • Manage offers, salary negotiations, notice periods and joining dates. • Build a pipeline of strong candidates for repeat and hard-to-fill roles. • Track every candidate in the ATS or tracker and report time-to-hire, conversion and source quality every week. • At least 2 years of white collar recruitment experience in the UAE, agency or in-house. • Proven experience hiring senior and C-suite leaders, with a strong network of decision makers in the UAE. • Experience handling multiple client accounts at once and delivering on tight timelines. • Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and job portals, including Boolean search and headhunting, across functions such as sales, finance, operations and HR. • Good at structured interviews, competency assessments and offer negotiation. • Confident and credible when engaging with CXOs, founders and senior stakeholders. • Organised, with good Excel skills and experience using an ATS or tracker. • Fluent English. Hindi or Arabic is a plus.
