• Serve as the welcoming face of the organization, creating a positive first impression for all visitors and callers. • Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution. • Masterfully handle multi-line phone systems, accurately directing calls and taking detailed messages. • Maintain a pristine and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere. • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; further education in administration is a plus. • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a front-facing administrative or customer service role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional demeanor.
