Real Estate Lead Generation Executive (Call Center / Telesales)

• Make outbound calls to generate new real estate leads from target markets . • Qualify leads based on budget, intent, and investment interest . • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of calls, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM. • Represent Avanti with an energetic, confident phone manner that builds credibility with prospective investors. • Meet daily/weekly call and qualified-lead targets. • 1–3 years' experience in real estate lead generation or a real estate call center role • Working knowledge of the UAE real estate market (locations, project types, off-plan vs. secondary) • Fluent in English and Hindi • Comfortable on high-volume outbound calling What Avanti Offers : Fixed monthly salary: AED 3,000–3,500 • Commission on closed deals originating from the candidate's qualified leads: • Training on UAE real estate products and calling scripts • Growth path into a client-facing sales/broker role for strong performers • Visa will be provided
