Tele Sales Executive - Dubai Real Estate

• Connect with potential clients via outbound calls, building rapport and qualifying interest in projects by TIER 1 developers (EMAAR, SOBHA, BINGHATTI, among others) • Schedule video call meetings with clients and co-ordinate with the sales team • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM • Follow up strategically with prospects across the buying journey • Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets • Minimum 2-6 years of tele sales experience in real estate where persuasion and trust-building matter • Multilingual fluency in languages (Hindi essential) • Professional-level English communication • Currently based in the UAE • Available for immediate joining What We Offer • Good lead support • Strong mentorship program- learn from experienced closers who've built careers in UAE real estate • Trainings and regular briefings provided. • Competitive salary with incentives, combined earnings up to 10,000 AED per month. • A clear growth path into senior sales roles
