The role involves assisting with property listings, coordinating viewings, communicating with clients and property owners, preparing documents, and providing administrative support to the real estate team. Responsibilities * Assist agents with daily real estate and administrative activities. * Maintain and update property listings and databases. * Respond to inquiries from buyers, tenants, landlords, and property owners. * Schedule property viewings, meetings, and appointments. * Prepare, organize, and maintain property\-related documents. * Coordinate with clients, landlords, tenants, contractors, and service providers. * Follow up with potential clients regarding property inquiries. * Collect and update property information, photos, and availability details. * Maintain accurate records of clients, properties, viewings, and transactions. * Assist with preparing reports and property presentations. * Support agents during property viewings and client meetings when required. * Handle general office and administrative tasks as assigned.
