Real Estate Agent

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to handle clients interested in international property investments . The ideal candidate should have experience in Real Estate and strong communication and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and grow a portfolio of international property investors • Promote and sell overseas residential and commercial real estate projects • Conduct client consultations, property presentations, and follow-ups • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing channels • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide end-to-end sales support Educational & Professional Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not required). • Previous sales or real estate experience is an advantage, but motivated beginners are welcome. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM/real estate software are a plus. • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills • Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience • Experience dealing with overseas investors is preferred • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment Benefits: • Commission Model +Visa and other benifit • Opportunity to grow in the international real estate market • Ongoing training, mentorship, and career development. • Access to company marketing resources and property listings. • Flexible work schedule with growth opportunities.
