Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Fit\-Out Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction/fit\-out cost management, contract administration, and project financial control, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in the UAE. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs) * Monitor project costs and ensure projects remain within budget * Evaluate variations, claims, and final accounts * Prepare interim valuations and payment certifications * Review contracts, tender documents, and subcontractor agreements * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants * Conduct site visits to verify progress and quantities * Ensure compliance with contractual and financial procedures **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in UAE * Proven experience working mainly in fit\-out or construction in Dubai/UAE * Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control * Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant quantity surveying software * Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Strong knowledge and understanding in AutoCAD drawings Pay: AED4,000\.00 \- AED5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
