Senior Quantity Surveyor(Civil)

• Lead the preparation and finalization of complex Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and tender documentation for large-scale civil projects. • Manage and oversee all cost control activities throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget. • Negotiate and administer construction contracts, including FIDIC and other standard forms, to protect the company's commercial interests. • Conduct thorough valuations of interim payment applications and manage the change order process, mitigating financial risks. • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential. • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in quantity surveying, specifically within the civil engineering sector. • Proven track record in managing costs for major infrastructure projects (etc .
