QUANTITY SURVEYOR – Post Contracts - High Rise Tower

• Prepare and submit interim payment applications and progress valuations, ensuring measurements and supporting documents are accurate. • Review and certify subcontractor and supplier payment applications in line with contract terms and actual site progress. • Manage variations and change orders, including measurement, pricing, cost evaluation and preparation of variation submissions. • Monitor project costs, commitments and commercial risks, and provide regular cost reports and forecasts. • Prepare and maintain detailed records of quantities, payments, variations, claims and contractual correspondence. • Coordinate with Project Managers, site teams, consultants, clients, subcontractors and procurement to resolve commercial matters. • Assist with the preparation, negotiation and settlement of final accounts and support the resolution of contractual claims. • Proven experience in high-rise and mid-rise building construction projects in the UAE. • Minimum 4–9 years of UAE construction experience in a post-contract Quantity Surveying role. • Strong knowledge of measurement, interim payments, subcontractor payments, variations, claims and final accounts. • Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial procedures. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant quantity surveying / cost management software.
