Job Summary The Quantity \& Land Surveyor will be responsible for quantity measurement, quantity take\-offs, BOQ preparation, site measurements, cost estimation, and commercial documentation for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil/building construction and be able to work closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management. Key Responsibilities * Conduct accurate **site measurements, land measurements, and quantity take\-offs** for construction works. * Prepare and review **Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and quantity reports**. * Review architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings and specifications. * Verify quantities of completed works at site. * Monitor material quantities, usage, wastage, and project costs. * Prepare **interim valuations, payment applications, and progress claims**. * Evaluate variations, additional works, change orders, and site instructions. * Review subcontractor measurements, quotations, and payment applications. * Assist with tendering, estimation, procurement, and commercial evaluations. * Maintain accurate records of measurements, quantities, variations, and project costs. * Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. * Assist in preparation of **final accounts, cost reports, and commercial documentation**. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in **Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, Construction Management**, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years of relevant experience** in construction quantity surveying and/or land surveying. * Strong knowledge of **civil and building construction**. * Experience in quantity take\-offs, BOQs, estimation, measurements, valuations, and cost control. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. * Proficiency in **MS Excel and AutoCAD**; knowledge of surveying/QS software is an advantage. * Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and communication skills. * **Bahrain construction experience is highly preferred.** * Must be **currently available in Bahrain**. * **Immediate joiner** is preferred. Preferred Project Experience Experience in **villa, residential, commercial, high\-rise, or general building construction projects** will be an advantage. Work Location: In person
