Limitless Recruitment is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai.
We are looking for a hospitality professional with a strong luxury hotel background, in-depth knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards, and a proven track record of driving service excellence, operational quality, and exceptional guest experiences.
This role is ideal for a quality professional who understands the highest standards of luxury hospitality and can inspire teams to consistently deliver outstanding service.
Previous experience as a Quality Manager within a 5-star luxury hotel is essential.
Proven hands-on experience implementing, monitoring, and auditing Forbes Travel Guide standards.
A strong background in ultra-luxury or luxury 5-star hospitality.
Previous GCC hospitality experience is mandatory.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, plus an additional European language.
In-depth knowledge of luxury service standards, guest experience, and quality assurance frameworks.
Experience conducting internal quality audits, service evaluations, and operational inspections.
Strong understanding of guest satisfaction metrics, guest feedback analysis, and service recovery procedures.
Ability to identify service gaps, implement corrective action plans, and monitor continuous improvement.
Experience developing and delivering quality training programmes to improve employee performance and service delivery.
Strong knowledge of SOPs, brand standards, operational compliance, and quality reporting.
Excellent analytical, organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate with department heads and senior management to maintain consistent luxury service standards across hotel operations.
Exceptional attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for hospitality excellence.
Please note: Candidates must meet all mandatory requirements, including previous 5-star luxury hotel experience, Forbes Travel Guide standards, and GCC experience.
