Director of Rooms

NOW HIRING | DIRECTOR OF ROOMS 5-Star Luxury Hotel | Dubai, UAE Limitless Recruitment is seeking an accomplished Director of Rooms to join a 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, elevate the guest experience, and ensure the highest standards of luxury service across all Rooms Division departments. MANDATORY ROLE REQUIREMENTS • Previous experience as Director of Rooms in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort is essential. • Previous GCC hospitality experience is mandatory. • Strong career background within 5-star luxury hotels or resorts. • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, plus an additional European language. • Extensive operational experience in both Front Office and Housekeeping . • Proven experience managing hotel or resort renovations, including operational planning, refurbishment projects, and maintaining service standards during renovation periods. • Strong leadership experience overseeing Rooms Division operations, budgets, departmental performance, and team development. • Excellent understanding of luxury brand standards, guest satisfaction, VIP services, and service recovery. • Experience monitoring departmental KPIs, payroll, labour costs, productivity, and operating budgets. • Strong knowledge of quality assurance, SOP implementation, health and safety, and operational compliance. • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience. • Exceptional communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and people-management skills. • A hands-on, commercially minded leader with outstanding attention to detail and a passion for luxury hospitality. Please note: Only candidates meeting all mandatory requirements, particularly previous Director of Rooms experience, GCC experience, and hotel renovation experience, will be considered.
