QA/QC Inspector

**QA/QC Inspector for Joinery \& Fit\-out Company.** Quality Control \& Inspection Inspect joinery and fit\-out works including doors, wardrobes, kitchens, cabinets, wall panels, ceilings, furniture, and finishes. Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, material submittals, mock\-ups, and specifications. Conduct workshop (factory) and site inspections at various stages of production and installation. Prepare and follow Inspection \& Test Plans (ITPs) and quality checklists. **Documentation \& Reporting** Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) to consultants/clients. Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, and quality documentation. Identify non\-conformities, issue NCRs, and monitor corrective and preventive actions. Assist in preparing handover, as\-built, and close\-out documents. Coordination \& Supervision Coordinate with production teams, site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues. Attend quality inspections and meetings with consultants, clients, and main contractors. Ensure approved samples and mock\-ups are followed during execution. Material \& Workmanship Control Verify incoming materials for compliance with approved specifications. Monitor finishing works such as veneer, laminate, paint, polish, hardware fixing, alignment, and installation tolerances. Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of finished products. **Skills \& Competencies** Strong knowledge of joinery, carpentry, and interior fit\-out works Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and specifications Good attention to detail and quality mindset Effective communication and coordination skills Familiarity with ISO / Quality Management Systems (preferred) **Qualifications \& Experience** Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field 3–6 years experience in joinery and fit\-out projects Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: AED6,000\.00 \- AED8,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
