Guildhall, a Dubai-based executive search firm, is building a shortlist of QA/QC and HSE Engineers for infrastructure projects across the region, including airports, tunnels, wastewater and data centres. You'll own inspections, documentation and close-out on live EPC sites, not audit them from behind a desk. Dubai's infrastructure pipeline is active enough that these roles come up repeatedly, and Guildhall wants pre-vetted candidates ready when a client mandate lands. Register once and be considered for a run of upcoming site-based roles rather than a single vacancy.
The role
• QA/QC track: run ITPs, inspection requests, NCRs and material approvals on site
• QA/QC track: manage quality documentation and close-out to ISO 9001 systems
• HSE track: carry out daily site inspections, permit-to-work and toolbox talks
• HSE track: lead incident investigations and build HSE plans and risk assessments
• HSE track: report against Dubai Municipality standards across live packages

Hiring QA/QC and HSE Engineers in Dubai
Dubai's infrastructure programme, spanning airports, tunnels, wastewater and data centres, keeps generating demand for site-based QA/QC and HSE Engineers on EPC contracts. A QA/QC Engineer typically reports to a Quality Manager and owns ITPs, NCRs and material approvals on their package. An HSE Engineer typically reports to an HSE Manager and runs daily inspections, permit-to-work and incident reporting on site. Because these roles open often as new contracts mobilise, agencies in this market increasingly build pre-vetted shortlists rather than starting each search from zero.
