Projects Manager - Restaurants (UAE)

Job description: One of the UAE's leading multi-brand restaurant operators is looking for an experienced Projects Manager to lead new restaurant openings and refurbishment projects across the UAE. This role is responsible for managing projects from planning and approvals through fit-out, handover, and restaurant opening, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to brand standards. The role also oversees the Maintenance function across multiple restaurant locations. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end restaurant opening and refurbishment projects. • Manage project budgets, timelines, contractors, and vendors. • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, landlords, consultants, and government authorities. • Monitor project costs, quality, timelines, and project risks. • Ensure successful site handover and operational readiness. • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across restaurant locations. • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. • 8+ years of project management experience within the restaurant, QSR, casual dining, hospitality, or retail food industry. • UAE experience is mandatory. • Proven experience managing restaurant fit-outs, refurbishments, MEP works, contractors, and authority approvals. • Strong stakeholder management, commercial, and project planning skills. • PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage. Important Note: This opportunity is best suited to candidates with direct restaurant development, restaurant fit-out, or multi-site hospitality project experience in the UAE.
