Project Manager

• Manage the complete project lifecycle, including planning, design coordination, budgeting, procurement, execution, installation, commissioning, and handover. • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resource plans, procurement timelines, and delivery milestones. • Coordinate retail fit-out works, including civil, architectural, MEP, joinery, flooring, ceilings, lighting, signage, fixtures, fittings, and finishing works. • Manage POS projects involving counters, kiosks, display units, promotional stands, branded fixtures, and merchandising installations. • Coordinate with design, engineering, production, workshop, procurement, logistics, and installation teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery. • Review and coordinate technical drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, material submittals, samples, specifications, and client approvals. • Supervise contractors, subcontractors, site supervisors, and installation teams to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with approved designs. • Liaise with clients, consultants, mall management, airport authorities, landlords, and other stakeholders to obtain approvals and resolve project-related issues. • Ensure compliance with site access requirements, permits, health and safety regulations, quality standards, and applicable authority requirements. • Monitor project costs, cash flow, purchase orders, supplier performance, and subcontractor expenditure, and implement cost-control measures. • Manage variations, additional works, change requests, risks, and potential delays, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution. • Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, quality checks, snagging, defect rectification, and final project handover. • Prepare and maintain project reports, schedules, meeting minutes, risk registers, cost reports, and handover documentation. • Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery timelines, quality, safety, and commercial objectives. • Excellent project planning, coordination, and execution skills. • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. • Commercial awareness and effective budget and cost-control skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. • Strong attention to detail, quality, finishes, and brand standards. • Ability to work under pressure and resolve site and production challenges. • Excellent reporting, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project management within retail fit-out, travel retail, POS, interior contracting, or related industries. • Proven experience delivering retail stores, kiosks, counters, branded displays, joinery, and commercial interior projects. • Experience in airports, duty-free outlets, shopping malls, and luxury or branded retail environments is an advantage. • Strong knowledge of construction drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, procurement processes, site execution, and installation methods. • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, contractors, suppliers, and client relationships. • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, AutoCAD, or other relevant project management tools. • Knowledge of UAE fit-out practices, site regulations, and mall or airport approval procedures is preferred.
