Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

• Multi-Project Execution: Independently oversee and manage 4 concurrent interior fit-out projects from inception to handover. • Site Management & Supervision: Lead site operations, coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and foremen to ensure high standards of quality and workmanship. • Planning & Scheduling: Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules (using MS Project / Primavera) to track progress against critical milestones. • Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage manpower, materials, and equipment across all four project sites simultaneously. • Client & Consultant Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and landlords; manage snagging, approvals, and handover processes smoothly. • Cost Control & Estimation: Monitor project expenditures, track variations, control costs, and assist the finance team with billing and progress payments. • HSE Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental standards across all active sites. • Oversee all aspects of interior fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to project schedules, specifications, and contractual obligations. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and proactively manage risks and issues. • Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress, address any challenges, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in project management principles. • Holds relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent, demonstrating expertise in project management methodologies. • Has a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing interior fit-out projects, showcasing a track record of successful project delivery. • Demonstrates a deep understanding of interior fit-out industry standards, materials, and construction techniques, ensuring technical proficiency. • Experience: Minimum 4–5 years managing interior fit-out projects in the GCC region. • Core Competency: Proven ability to handle multiple active sites independently without compromising on quality or timelines. • Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools (MS Project). • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage high-pressure situations gracefully. • Driving License: A valid GCC / UAE driving license is MUST.
