Project Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

• Manage and oversee interior fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints. • Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of project plans and specifications. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards. • Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and forecast cost variations throughout the project lifecycle. • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Holds relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent, demonstrating project management proficiency. • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects within the construction industry. • Exhibits a strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
