Project Engineer (Unlimited License)

BCD Global is seeking a technically proficient and proactive Project Engineer with Unlimited License credentials to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in site supervision, authority approvals, technical coordination, and monitoring works against approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Working closely with consultants, contractors, engineers, and local authorities, you will play a key role in resolving technical challenges, maintaining quality and compliance, and driving efficient site progress through to project completion. Manage end-to-end NOCs, building permits, and completion certificate processes via local municipal portals (e.g., Dubai Building Permit System / Sarkis / Meeras). Review and approve architectural, structural, and MEP shop drawings, Method Statements, and Material Submittals before execution. Supervise daily site operations, structural inspections, concrete pours, and MEP coordination to ensure adherence to approved IFC drawings. Coordinate utility inspections and connections with local authorities (DEWA, Empower, Civil Defense, Etisalat, RTA). Receive, log, and resolve site technical queries (RFIs), design discrepancies, contractor grievances, and authority Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). Monitor project baseline schedules, analyze site delays, and evaluate variation orders (VOs) or extension of time (EOT) claims. Liaise with main contractors, consultants, sub-consultants, and client representatives during progress meetings and site audits. Prepare weekly/monthly technical progress reports, material status tracking, and structural inspection logs for executive management. Municipal & Statutory Approvals Utilizing G+Unlimited license credentials to oversee structural and architectural submissions across UAE municipal portals (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, RTA, DEWA). Project Planning & Site Execution Managing baseline execution plans, structural designs, site progress, and subcontractor coordination for G+Unlimited/high-rise developments. Quality & Contractual Compliance Ensuring all site works comply strictly with approved shop drawings, UAE building codes, local authority regulations, and contract terms. Technical Dispute & Claim Resolution Handling technical complaints, structural variations, contractor disputes, and authority inspection non-conformities (NCRs) • 3+ years experience • Construction site experience
